MULTIPOWER have released a tasty protein drink, Fit Protein Lite. Based on the popular Fit Protein drink (that is recognisable for it’s familiar brown bottle) the Lite version contains 80 per cent less carbs and sugars. Drew Price, a nutritionist with Multipower, said the product includes casein and whey dairy proteins from high quality milk protein.
